Re-enforcing the idea that they are ruled by destiny.

(Note: I did once attend a science camp, but was not taken to a remote bizarre island. Well, I was taken to DC.) DC is only slightly less bizarre and dangerous than the island.

2) No. Locke is in communion with the island. He is now the steward. Abbadon may be in Widmore’s employ but I believe he serves the island as does Alpert.

3) And since Christian is dead that is, indeed likely. Also she’s not exactly burning to get back to Aaron.

4) If there isn’t a Lost drinking game, I’d suggest the following rules:

e) drink every time the writers find some reason to put Kate in various stages of undress
f) drink every time they open the show with the close up eyeball shot

7) Perhaps Ben would rather be in charge or not on the island at all. Nothing in between.
